The investment seeks to correspond as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the S&P MidCap 400® Equal Weight Index Total Return. The index is an unmanaged equal-weighted version of the S&P MidCap 400® Index, which covers over 7% of the U.S. equity market and measures the performance of the mid-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. It is non-diversified.
