The SPA MarketGrader 40 ETF aims to replicate the 40 stock index issued by MarketGrader. The MarketGrader 40 (MG40) Index is a unique rules-based, quantitatively driven index, which selects a basket of 40 stocks, from a universe of around 5,700 US listed equities, based on a company’s fundamental attractiveness, combined with sensible diversification in terms of sector distribution and market capitalisation. The MarketGrader system scores each company according to a number of company specific fundamental factors such as Growth, Value, Profitability and Cash Flow. Each of these categories, in turn, is composed of six unique indicators, giving a total of 24 fundamental indicators
