What is the dress code for the conference?
The attire for the conference is business casual.
What transportation is available from the airport to the hotel?
Taxicab fares (excluding tip) range between $28-$34 from Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and between $65-$72 from Miami International.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend, you may replace your registration with a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Should you completely cancel, notification must be submitted in writing by January 11, 2013. Cancellations received by January 11, 2013 will be subject to a $200 administration fee. No cancellation refunds/requests will be accepted after January 11, 2013.
In the event the conference is cancelled, IndexUniverse assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or any additional costs incurred by registrants. IndexUniverse reserves the right to alter the agenda without notice including the substitution or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.
What time does registration open on Sunday?
Registration opens at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday and will be located in the Grand Registration area on the 3rd Floor at the Westin Diplomat.
Can I register on-site on the day of the conference?
Yes, however we strongly encourage you to register beforehand.
How will continuing education hours be credited?
We will be collecting CFP numbers from attendees at the conference and will submit those hours on your behalf.
We will also have the appropriate CIMA form on-site at the event for you to return to their organization as proof of your attendance to submit the hours.
