Eurex Plans More Stoxx Futures, Options
Eurex recently announced plans to launch futures and options contracts on Stoxx Ltd.’s Euro Stoxx index and its large-, mid- and small-cap subindexes. The derivatives were scheduled to begin trading July 28.
The derivatives exchange already offers futures and options on the Stoxx Europe 600 Index and three of its subindexes: the Stoxx Europe Large 200, Stoxx Europe Mid 200 and Stoxx Europe Small 200. The Euro Stoxx Index is a subset of the Stoxx Europe 600, including only stocks domiciled in 12 countries in the eurozone. |
