PowerShares FTSE RAFI Asia Pacific ex-Japan Small (PDQ) ETF Snapshot
The PowerShares FTSE RAFI Asia Pacific Ex-Japan Small-Mid Portfolio is based on the FTSE RAFI Developed Asia Pacific ex-Japan Mid-Small Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of small and middle capitalization equities of companies domiciled in the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan), selected based on the following four fundamental measures of firm size: book value, cash flow, sales and dividends. The equities with the highest fundamental strength are weighted according to their fundamental scores. The Fundamentals Weighted portfolio is rebalanced and reconstituted annually.
