iShares continued to stuff more products into its pipeline with filings covering seven different fixed-income ETFs. The funds covered include:

• iShares Utilities Sector Bond Fund
• iShares Financial Sector Bond Fund
• iShares Barclays U.S. Treasury Bond Fund
• iShares Industrials Sector Bond Fund
• iShares Aaa-A Rated Corporate Bond Fund
• iShares Barclays GNMA Bond Fund
• iShares Barclays CMBS Bond Fund

The filings did not include tickers or expense ratios.

AdvisorShares’ GRV Getting Makeover
AdvisorShares said it would be changing the management, ticker and name of its Mars Hill Global Relative Value ETF (NYSEArca: GRV) as of Dec. 1.

The revamped fund will be managed by Accuvest and be renamed the Accuvest Global Long Short ETF. Its ticker GRV will be changed to AGLS.

UBS Renames Internet ETNs
UBS announced recently that it would rename two of its ETNs to better reflect their focus on companies that have listed relatively recently. The ETRACS Internet IPO ETN (NYSEArca: EIPO) is being rechristened the ETRACS Next Generation Internet ETN, and the Monthly 2x Leveraged ETRACS Internet IPO ETN (NYSEArca: EIPL) is becoming the ETRACS Monthly 2x Leveraged Next Generation Internet ETN.

Direxion Switches Rest Of 2x ETFs To 3x
Effective Dec. 1, Direxion will switch its remaining double-exposure inverse and leveraged ETFs to triple-exposure. The move comes in response to market demand, the firm said.

The following funds will switch to “3X” exposure:

• Daily BRIC Bull 2X Shares ETF (NYSEArca: BRIL)
• Daily BRIC Bear 2X Shares (NYSEArca: BRIS)
• Daily India Bull 2X Shares (NYSEArca: INDL)
• Daily India Bear 2X Shares (NYSEArca: INDZ)
• Daily Gold Miners Bull 2X Shares (NYSEArca: NUGT)
• Daily Gold Miners Bear 2X Shares (NYSEArca: DUST)
• Daily Natural Gas Related Bull 2X Shares (NYSEArca: GASL)
• Daily Natural Gas Related Bear 2X Shares (NYSEArca: GASX)
• Daily Retail Bull 2X Shares (NYSEArca: RETL)
• Daily Retail Bear 2X Shares (NYSEArca: RETS)
