NEW LISTINGS

ProShares Emerging Markets

ProShares continued the rollout of its international ETFs with the November 1 launch of its Short MSCI Emerging Markets ProShares (AMEX: EUM) and UltraShort MSCI Emerging Markets ProShares (AMEX: EEV). The funds provide -100% and -200% exposure to the daily return of the high-flying MSCI benchmark.

Earlier, ProShares launched funds tied to the MSCI EAFE (developed markets international) index. It plans to launch Japan and China funds later this week.
International has been hugely popular with investors, and these funds will likely quickly find an audience as well.

Both funds have expense ratios of 0.95%.
