As emerging markets grow in popularity, the smallest of the small in that category are also starting to gain some attention. Such so-called frontier market funds began hitting the market last year, and now one of the fastest growers in the group, Vietnam, has its own specialized ETF.

PowerShares Plans To Globalize PSP

PowerShares has filed to switch the index of its PowerShares Listed Private Equity ETF (NYSE Arca: PSP). The fund currently tracks a benchmark that covers only domestic firms; the revised fund would be tied to the Red Rocks Capital Global Listed Private Equity Index, which covers firms listed around the world.
