Charles Schwab Hires Lewellyn For ETF Division

Mutual fund manager Charles Schwab has taken another step toward entering the ETF space, hiring Dustin Lewellyn, formerly the head of ETFs for Northern Trust. Though Schwab did not specify the details of Lewellyn's role, he will likely be a significant player in Schwab's new ETF effort, according to Mutual Fund Wire. Schwab said back in July that it was seeking to launch nine ETFs: three international offerings and six domestic. You can read the full story here.
